  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We accept All cards and Paypal
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping within UK,USA and Europe.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 Days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Our Returns Policy covers all items ( except Earrings, Personalised Products and Gift Cards)
  • WHY CAN’T I RETURN EARRINGS : It's simply down to hygiene. We take the impact our jewelry has on our customers health very seriously. Therefore, we cannot in good faith, resale our earrings to customers.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
  • Repairs outside the warranty period may be subject to a service fee.
